NFL Power Rankings: Week 4, 2026

All 32 teams · results through Week 4 · updated Oct 2

These rankings come straight from the model, not from a panel vote. Net rating is how many points better than an average NFL team a side would be on a neutral field: points it adds on offense plus points it takes away on defense, adjusted for the opponents it has played. A team with a gaudy record against a soft schedule can sit below a two-loss team that played a brutal one.

Seahawks tops the Week 4 rankings at +6.3 points per game. Bills has the best-rated offense and Vikings the best-rated defense. The biggest climber since the preseason is Raiders (+3.5); the biggest drop is Packers (-3.4).

Playoff chances come from 10,000 simulated seasons using the same ratings. Tap a team for its schedule and a projected score for every remaining game, or see this week's game predictions.

Projections are statistical estimates for entertainment and analysis only. They are not betting advice and nothing here guarantees any result.
